1938 Kyoritsu Gokin Limited Partnership established.
1939 Kyoritsu Gokin becomes a public company.
1944 Designated a naval inspection factory.
1948 Joins the Japan Cemented Carbide Tool Manufacturer's Association as a founding member.
1957 Spray nozzle manufacturing begins
1958 Everloy Shoji Co., Ltd. is established.
1960 Tokyo sales office opens.
1973 Hiroshima sales office opens.
1979 Kakuzo Matsumoto becomes Chairman of the Board, and Kozo Matsumoto becomes President.
1980 Nozzle factory completed in Kaibara, Hyogo.
1986 Chairman Kakuzo Matsumoto receives the Science and Technology Agency Director's Award and a Dark-blue Ribbon Medal.
1989 Cemented carbide factory completed in Kaibara, Hyogo. Chairman Kakuzo Matsumoto receives a Yellow Ribbon Medal.
1990 Kyushu sales office opens.
1992 Tokyo sales office is promoted to a branch office.
1994 Addition added to Kaibara cemented carbide factory.
1995 Processed goods factory established at headquarters.
1997 Specialized equipment department is established.
1998 Kyushu Everloy Co., Ltd. Kumamoto factory completed.
1999 Nozzle division certification: ISO9001
Cemented carbide division certification: ISO9002
2000 Kyushu sales office is promoted to a branch office.
2001 Processing division certification: ISO9002
2002 Kaibara factory nozzle division certification: ISO14001
2004 New headquarters completed for Everloy Shoji Co., Ltd.

2005 Addition added to Kaibara nozzle factory.
2006 DNX nozzle awarded the Agency of Natural Resources and Energy Director's Award.

2007 Addition added to Kyushu Everloy Kumamoto Factory #2.
2008 70th anniversary for Kyoritsu Gokin, 50th anniversary for Everloy Shoji.
Kozo Matsumoto becomes Chairman of the Board, and Keiro Fujiwara becomes President.

2012 Addition added to Kyushu Everloy Kumamoto Factory #3.
